You’re invited to explore Yoga of Acro — a playful and heart-centered style of AcroYoga that brings the principles of Yoga into the art of connection and collaboration.
Blending elements of Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage, this practice invites you to awaken your inner child andrediscover the joy of movement, trust, and play.
This 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop focuses on the foundations of the practice. You’ll learn basic postures, transitions, and how synchronized breath can make your movements feel light, fluid, and energizing. No partner is needed, we’ll rotate and work with different partners throughout the session.
Together, we’ll explore how to co-create with others while staying grounded in your own needs, boundaries, and values. Modifications will be offered to suit different bodies and proportions, ensuring a safe and inclusive experience for all.
Our focus will be on mindful connection — with your breath, your body, and your partner — and above all, we’ll have fun!
