Our last workshop in Amsterdam and we will make it sweet and yummie, just like we like it!

What it is?

Therapeutic Flying is the ‘Acroyoga way’ of giving massage. With the use of gravity and the floating effect, we can reach different layers in the body and make the relaxation even deeper.

Therapeutic Flying is the Lunar side of Acroyoga and has truly healing effects. With our ‘normal’ being hours of sitting, mostly behind a screen, moving mostly in one way, having lots of pressure to perform, feeling stressed - we need a counter for this, a movement medicine where we connect to our bodies and others.

We will start the workshop with a guided session of Thai Massage and Therapeutic Flying, to bring you the basics and give you tools to practice the art of healing touch. We alternate the explanation and showing how to do it, with the actual practice. You will have time to give and receive, to also benefit from the therapeutic effect right away.

Tea, fruits, and a chocolate dip will be provided for extra yumminess and sweet vibes.

No partner or experience needed for this event, everyone is welcome.

We do however have a maximum capacity of 10 people due to space limitations, so make sure to book your spot before we sell out!
