To go with the new moon energy and welcome in the Autumn, we offer a yummie night of (flying) massage, sweets and cozyness.

Therapeutic Flying is the Lunar side of Acroyoga and has truly healing effects. With our ‘normal’ being hours of sitting, mostly behind a screen, moving mostly in one way, having lots of pressure to perform, feeling stressed - we need a counter for this, a movement medicine where we connect to our bodies and others.

We will start the evening with a guided session of Thai Massage and Therapeutic Flying, to bring you the basics and give you tools to practice the art of healing touch. After that, the space will be open to ‘jam’, practice, free-flow, and enjoy the space.

Tea, fruits, and a chocolate dip will be provided for extra yumminess and sweet vibes.

No partner or experience needed for this event, everyone is welcome.

We do however have a maximum capacity of 12 people due to space limitations, so make sure to book your spot before we sell out!
