What can you expect after signing up for the program
You will receive a confirmation email. Your chosen coach will get in touch with you within 2 working days to schedule the intake session. In this session you will determine your personal goals, the coach will assess you movement abilities and start to create a plan to implement the changes you hope to see in your life.
After this session the coach will work out a personalized practice for you and will create a schedule where your new habits are included in your daily routine. If needed you can ask for adjustments and the practice and plan can be finalized.
Now the real work starts, it is up to you to execute on the plan. Your coach will check-in with you once a week to see how you are doing and to keep you motivated. You have a monthly private coaching session where you can ask any questions that you might have and discuss things that might come up in your life - whether they are personal or work related issues, it is helpful to have a sound board that can be impartial and give you a different perspective.
Every month you will fill out the evaluation form and receive feedback on your answers. You will receive the most benefits if you can be completely honest. Don’t try to fool yourself, you are here to improve, not to be perfect.
Depending on the plan you chose, you will receive additional inspirational exercises and classes to keep you going and to make sure you won’t get bored. This is a fun journey and we are here to help you!
If at any point in the journey you would like to adjust, the coach is a message away. The point of the monthly evaluation is to make sure the plan fits with you and your life, also if there are changes necessary.
Cancellation
If you are not satisfied with your program, we will do everything we can to adjust until it perfectly fits your goals and lifestyle. If you still wish to terminate the program before it ends, you will receive a refund of the total minus the provided services plus a 20% administration fee. Cancellation needs to be in writing plus the reason for canceling to yogaofacro@gmail.com.
